Radhakrishna got introduced to frogs during his college days. He often spent time observing frogs in his native in Karnataka, which led him to study the acoustic behaviour of some frogs for his Masters dissertation at Mangalore University. He has joined the Systematics lab to pursue a PhD on the evolution of frog calls. He is currently planning his research.
